The Turret Proxy Open Line Server (TPO) has been designed to compliment the turret with a feature set above and beyond that offered from the telephony system alone. The IP Trade turrets powerful feature pack leverages the TPO application to ensure that traders have a full range of user functionality, line sharing, supervisory information, private wire support and manipulation (ARD & MRD), advanced intercom and conferencing abilities. This empowers the user with the enhanced functions that they need for them to be truly effective in the market whilst allowing the IT Management to realize the benefits associated with distributed unified communication solutions.
The TPO application can be scaled and replicated in line with the demands of the trading environment and ensures that voice streams are synchronized across the floors. The unique way in which IP Trade has approached its design also allows for a simplistic yet powerful inter-site line feature set. The TPO's expanding feature set has been developed in line with ideas gained directly from the user base to ensure that it can adapt to the changing demands of the trading environment.
The TPO provides the architecture to ensure the IP Trade platform is non-blocking.
