| IP Trade is a Walloon PME situated in the Scientific Parc of Sart-Tilman. IP Trade's vision is to provide the most secure and reliable IP Trading Turrets for financial institutions globally. IP Trade's turrets offers all the features normally associated with traditionally deployed trading rooms, but delivers these via a range of IP-PBX vendors' solutions. In order to reinforce their support team, IP Trade is looking for a Support Engineer. Your responsibilities You play a key role in the installation and the roll out of IP Trade product to its customers in the continental market and other markets if required
You participate to the design of the telecommunication infrastructure for the trading room and ensure the correct integration of the IP Trade system within the customer voice network
You collaborate frequently with the pre-sales department and the local integrator in charge of the project
You provide support and help to the local integrator team regarding the configuration of the IP Trade components during on-site installation
You ensure the daily follow up of the installed base i.e. 3rd layer support level by answering phone calls and e-mails from customers/partners and potentially troubleshooting on-site
You ensure the training and the certification of new partners on IP Trade Solutions Your profile You possess 3 to 5 years experience in supporting VoIP communication systems for the banking sector
You are an expert in Cisco Voice Technologies – Holder of a CCNA/CCVP certification – or equivalent in Avaya voice network
You understand the trading environment and associated needs
A past experience in supporting TDM-based is a plus
You are bilingual French/English, any other language is a plus
You are a self-motivated person and have a pro-active attitude
You possess analytical and problem-solving skills
You develop good social contacts and are a team player
