Didier Mattivi – CEO

Didier Mattivi, one of the founders of IP Trade, has an engineering and business degree from one of the top universities in Belgium. Didier brings 10 years of experience in the Bank and consulting industry as well as in the telecommunication industry.  He has held various management positions in EFT Technology (with customers like Dexia and Fortis) and Cisco Systems.

Benoit Dewonck - Head of Sales and Marketing

Benoit Dewonck, Head of Sales and Marketing, is one of the founders of IP Trade. He brings 10 years of experience delivering voice and telephony over IP solutions to various market segments. He held various management positions at Cisco Systems and founded IT Alliances, an IT Consulting firm.

Jef Geys – Chief Operating Officer

One of the founders of the Company, Jef leads the Production and Supply Chain Departments. He has 10 years of experience of similar functions in the Aerospace Industry, having worked with Airbus, Pratt&Whitney, GE and the Safran group. Jef holds a Masters degree in Engineering, Management and International Marketing.

Jean-Michel Lamotte – Chief Information Officer

One of the founders of the company and currently CIO and Head of Support, he has an engineering and management degree, and 11 years of experience in similar functions in IT or Financial businesses. He has managed various systems or network infrastructure deployment projects for large Belgian companies.

Chris Bates – Managing Director UK, Vice President EMEA

Chris Bates took up position in June 2007, to lead the growth of IP Trade in the EMEA region. Chris brings 12 years of domestic and international experience, delivering trader communication based solutions to the financial services market. He has held various management positions in Getronics, BT Global Services and BT/Syntegra Trading Room Systems.

Vincent Zander – Chief Technical Officer

Vincent manages the technical development of the IPTrade product line for dealing rooms. He has been involved in the development of critical communication systems based on IP technologies for the banking sector for more than ten years.
